Affordable Care Act (ACA) on Healthcare

Affordable Care Act (ACA) on Healthcare
The designation of ACA was to minimize the expenses of health insurance coverage
for individuals who qualify. The Act, otherwise known as Obamacare, involves cost-sharing
reductions and tax credits to lower costs for lower-income persons. The premium tax credits
lower monthly health insurance bills while cost-sharing reductions reduce costs for copays
and co-insurance. Specific essential health benefits such as lab services, ambulatory patient

healthcare workers (Sommers et al., 2017). The healthcare professional staff is facing
increased instability and stress where significant workforce redesign must provide sufficient
quality care to the patients. However, the subsidy facilitates purchasing health insurance
coverage less expensively for the individuals who qualify, while those who do not qualify for
cost subsidies can find the marketplace health insurance coverage expensive. Clients can end
