For this Assignment, you will create a specific work sector plan. The plan will be presented as a PowerPoint® presentation.

Choose two of the following work sectors and develop an assessment plan. You may choose a current employee or make up an employee for each work sector that you have chosen. (Please choose Management and Sales) Kindly follow Rubric attached.

• Professional
• Sales
• Supervisory
• Technical

The presentation should include 15–20 slides (not counting Title slide and References slide) with speaker notes to address the following topics:

• Goals and mission
• Outcome
• Opportunities
• Collection and analysis of evidence
• Results
• Improvement plan

You can treat each employee independently or compare and contrast the two employee’s assessment plan points.

An effective presentation will include:

1. Dynamic formatting of the slides
2. Appropriate images, charts, graphs, etc.
3. Clean bullets points that do not give too much information per slide
4. Use of the Speaker Notes section to clearly define the bullets of the slide and provide reference to cited material
