For this assignment you will create an imagery script for the athletes to help reduce anxiety and improve performance by helping the Bulldogs team obtain a more relaxed and positive state of mind before competitions. Be sure to use descriptive words that can connect the athlete to their specific sport situations and environments such as the smell the grass warm sun on your face or the feel of the bat in your hand.
Case Study: The coach of the Bulldogs team is familiar with the benefits of imagery and would like you to help a few of the athletes use this skill to help them reduce their anxiety before performing in game situations. The coach states that there are several athletes that appear very uptight before games.
