Additional notes on – Effective Leadership
According to MarilynVojta article on “Characteristics of the Effective Leader;” she states that the true task of leadership involves the ability to make to change happen and that the most effective measure of a leader and his/her competency is the extent to which the group or team attains its goals.
Note: In additional the effective leader must have a vision that balances the long-term interests of key parties and a strategy for achieving the vision, recognizing competing internal and external forces.
