In lining with the attached USGBC’s Key Messages and Positioning Paper, please develop a key benefits paper for an organisation named the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) by following the instruction below.

Please turn in a paper that includes the following 4 points. We will leave behind for now the positioning and key messages, but you will use those to inform this aspect of your strategic communication plan.
