Question and Hypothesis

By how many pounds will my weight reduce if I reduce my consumption of sweetened carbonated drinks to only one can per week?
2. Hypothesis
The hypothesis for the personal research will be – Reducing my consumption of sweetened carbonated beverages to one can per week make my weight reduce by 2 pounds in three months.
The independent variable in the experiment will be the consumption of the sweetened carbonated drinks. It is expected that reducing my intake of these drinks will affect my weight. Therefore, my weight is the dependent variable in the experiment. It is dependent on the amount of sweetened carbonated beverages that I consume to some extent.
