Deontological vs. Teleological ethics

According to Mill, utilitarianbelieves that for every action there is a motive behindit
with a deep thinking of what the outcome and there is a deep motive behind every
action undertaken. Actions are defined or performed according to Kant as an
obligatory act, while in utilitarianism; an undertaken decision isoutofhappiness that
the act creates i.e. deontological vs. teleological ethics.
Teleologicalethics, determines an action by its successandor failing point, despite of
the fact if someone tries hard to make it works with good motivation. However the
end results were not that great as the efforts that were put in. While, the deontological
ethics concentrates more on the motivation and intentions of an action. There are lots
of debates that you need to know the results to be motivated
