This week you learned about group development and cultural diversity. We have all had leaders that we would follow anywhere and others who do not impress us at all.

Each student is to think about a well known leader or famous person/leader of another culture other than his or her own that you think has been highly successful. Describe why you think this person has been successful.

State some emotional characteristics that this leader possses. Describe how this leader creates an emotional organizational climate that fosters sustainable change and performance. Include specific examples that support your input. Use creditable resources that provide information on this leader and make sure to cite these references in your essay. Essay should be at least 500 words and in proper APA format.
