Describe the leadership and team-management competencies you will need to demonstrate in leading the quality improvement project. Using your Week 4 work on Change Model, discuss how these leadership competencies will assist you to overcome barriers to change. (300 words)

Discuss how you will protect the confidentiality of your project participants. If your population is a vulnerable population (elderly, pregnant women, minors, prisoners), discuss how you will protect these individuals from harm. What is the role of beneficence in your Capstone project? How is your implementation contributing to beneficence and improving nursing practice or patient-centered care? (300 words)
