Discuss how healthcare organizations can create strategic alliances. Explain how federal laws, such as anti-trust and Stark, may have an impact on these strategic alliances.

Unit 3 defines the differences between partnering and strategic alliances. Healthcare leaders must be able to assess these differences and based on their strategic goals for the organization determine the best course of action. Coupled with these decisions are the complex legal issues surrounding the healthcare industry.

For your assignment, write a narrative essay (minimum 1500 words) in which you address and discuss the questions and statements listed below. Use at least four scholarly sources and remember to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the READ and ATTEND sections in your essay. Cite your sources in APA format.
