In order to complete the written portion of the midterm you will need to complete three specific analyses. In the first analysis, you will be choosing to write about either a theme or symbol as it occurs and overlaps in Richard III and Macbeth. In the second you will choose between theme and symbols as it occurs in As You Like It and Twelfth Night. Finally, you will write a short response to your viewing of the movie “Elizabeth.”* The Choices: I. — Chose either 1.a-c or 2.a-c.
