The dynamics of interpersonal communication entails the interplay of verbal and no-
verbal cues as one person communicates to the other. The use of body language, tone, self-
concept, and flow of words help people to instinctively follow through conversation (Bach &
Grant, 2015). Non-verbal cues play an essential role in creating a connection during
communication. As a speaker choses how to gesture, move their body or use facial expressions,
sincerity and reliability can be seen by the audience. Verbal communication involving a choice
of words and how to refer to accepted symbols helps improve the meaning of message passed
