Question Description
Emotional intelligence is defined as the ability to understand the emotions of yourself andothers, show empathy, understand social relationships and cues, and regulate your own emotions and respond in culturally appropriate ways (Parker, Saklofske, & Stough, 2009).
For this assignment we will be thinking about our own emotional intelligence and discussing our internal investigation with the class.
