Think of a leader you respect: choose one you have worked with (at school, in your career, or in any other arena) or one you have met or read about. This essay has three parts:

- Provide details about the leader’s actions, words, or decisions that support your claim that he or she is working from each basis that you describe. How did he or she lead the organization to solve problems?
- Identify your own bases of leadership and explain how you would have dealt with some of the same problems using bases that you tend to work from.
