Healthcare in America

America is not the best country in terms of healthcare, but one of the best. The life

expectancy in 2020 was 78.93 years, which was an increase from 2018, which was 78.87 years;

an increase in the life expectancy shows that there is a most likely improvement in the healthcare

of the country; this life expectancy is, however, lower than the average of the life expectancy of

comparable countries(Cummings, 2016). However, the results and outcomes that come along are

not the expected ones, mostly from a country that spends as much as America spends. They

invest a lot in the healthcare system, but the outcome is very disappointing. The cost of

healthcare in America is very high compared to other countries whose healthcare compares to

America. It is time to focus more on the quality levels of health care rather than increasing

healthcare services costs.
