Heart failure

Heartfailure is a situation wherethe heart is unable to pump blood to the various parts of
the body due to the failing of the heart muscles. Approach to care involves nutritional therapy

Daily weight checks and records are important to check the level of fluid in the body. Healthy
diets which consist of natural foods that have less sodium, cholesterol, and fats. Rest is
important, and the patient should stop when they feel tired, pain or discomfort.
