Nice job on your first assignment! I really like the topic of your proposal. However your question and hypothesis are not written in a way that can be tested through a quantitative research study. What about something like this: Which driving distraction is most frequently present during the time of an auto accident?And then your hypothesis needs to be a very specific directional and testable answer to the question (your educated guess). Also it will most often mirror the question in the way it is written.

In your annotated bibliography it looks like you found some really good articles. However you only have 4 articles rather than the required 5. Also it looks like all of your articles came out of a book rather than from peer-reviewed journals which was a requirement for this paper. In the future when you are asked to use peer-reviewed articles make sure that they come from peer-reviewed journals.
