Complete the Heritage Assessment Tool on pages 365-367 of the text.  The questions will give you insight into your own ethnic, cultural, and religious heritage.  In a two-to-three page, double-spaced paper (excluding title and reference pages), describe your ethnic, cultural, and religious background.  Then, answer the following questions:

• How deeply do you identify with your own ethnic, cultural, and religious heritage? Explain your answer. Provide at least two examples to support your position. If you do not identify with your ethnic, cultural, and religious background, explain why you believe that is the case.
• If you do not identify with your ethnic, cultural, and religious background- explain why you believe that is the case.
• How will knowing this information be useful to you in a health-care related career? Explain your answer. Provide at least two examples related to the career path you have selected and/or thinking about pursuing.

Must use a minimum of two scholarly sources, documented and cited in APA style as outlined in the Ashford Writing Center.
