The paper should be focused on Describing the crucial role negotiations plays in creating treaties between countries especially in extradition treaties. Including how the negotiating parties agree to which laws to uphold and implement the terms in the treaties. And how do negotiations affect international diplomacy?

Also, the essential role negotiation play in mending diplomacy between countries and maintaining the peace and seeking international justice and I will cite a couple of extradition cases to demonstrate that role.
