Overview of the country: Research the country and provide a brief overview of the country, i.e. location, demographics, geography, uniqueness of the country, size, population, and agriculture as it relates to foods of the region ex. Dry terrain, wetlands, dessert, and tropical.
Brief History of the country: How long has the country been around, history of war, slave trade, etc. What countries, cities are encompassed in this country. What religions dominate? Do they have an influence on the cuisine as well?
Types of dishes and cuisine: Provide details regarding general types of dishes and cuisine traditionally prepared in the country. Do any of the cuisines have special significance to the region? Are they consumed for religious purpose, etc. Please explain and give a few examples of the local fare.
