Individual Assignment on Distilled Spirits and Liqueurs
This will assess the student’s further knowledge and understanding of distillation methods of spirits and liqueurs from specific regions, processes used and specialized equipment.
In relation to Spirits write about each of the following
1) The different parts of a pot still and their function
2) The legal requirements of the Scotch Whisky Industry
3) Fruit spirits not made from Grapes or Apples
