The paper is mostly written, I just need a discussion section based on the literature review that was conducted. I have some information in the discussion section, however it has not been tied together in a coherent product.

I also have all references that are required for this section, so no need to find additional references.
The discussion section should say:

1. The drugs found in the literature review cross over into breast milk, but only in insignificant amounts.
2. Several of the drugs did not turn up in the literature search.
3. I believe it is safe to resume breastfeeding immediately after surgery.
