So this easy its about the law ” net neutrality legislation ” wich is a controversial law after 2000. And i am a Con wich is Nefative side.

Negative/CON

Main paper (2 pages)

• • Paragraph 4 – Conclusion (summarize your main two points briefly and end with a strong statement).

Refutation sheet (1 page)

• • After reading your partner’s 2 main arguments and their grounds, write the following: o Paragraph 1 – Begin with a simple claim, such as “I first want to explain why my partner’s arguments are weak and incorrect.” Then, explain why your partner’s arguments are weak or incorrect. You don’t have to include more research here as long as you have very strong reasoning logic. Refute each argument briefly.
• o Paragraph 2 – Tell us why your arguments are still the strongest and warrant a vote by your peers.
