Part C-Determining Appropriate Benchmarks

Part C-Determining Appropriate Benchmarks
Evaluation of three benchmark issues
Three major benchmarking issues affecting the organization include access to care,
strafing concerns and patient satisfaction issues. Patient satisfaction is a crucial factor that will
ensure that the healthcare organization maintains and retains a good reputation. Here, it needs to
reflect on the aspects that matter to maintaining high qualities in terms of service. According to
Manzoor et al., (2019), patient satisfaction denotes the patients received happiness levels
resulting g from their feeling about the healthcare services received. Care effectiveness is set to
ensure that patients prefer getting best and services from the hospital. Again, they also expect to
find a high availability of medicine in the hospital prescribed by the doctors. The healthcare
organization must consider the kind of models it increased to support the care services.
Generally, patients’ satisfaction is backed by the formulation of patient-centred models.
Access to care considers the timeliness of using healthcare facilities and services for
personal health. It’s associated with several elements that include coverage, timelessness,
services and workforce. Coverage denotes the facilities that allow access to healthcare. Most
importantly, insurance coverage is most important in this case, as people may suffer financially
to access care. Services offered matters a lot to the patients. If a patient cannot receive an
individual service such as prevention and screening, the access is limited as they may suffer.
Timeless names reflect on the healthcare organization’s ability to offer services when required.
Health is a sensitive issue that needs a high level of timelessness. Workforce incorporates the
capability of providers within healthcare premises. Generally, every organization must ensure
that they have competent, qualifies and capable medical providers
