Professor comments/suggestions for part 1 – Great job with this paper, it included great statistics on HAIs. However, the PICOT questions need to be revised to reflect a more realistic measurable goal. Also, HAIs is a broad category, instead choose a specific type of HAI like ventilator assisted pneumonia or, surgical wound infections, catheter assoc. UTI, etc. so you can better tailor your PICOT and research and formulate a good project. Lastly, your similarity index was 36%,,note that the max allowed is 20% thus points were deducted. Improve i this area by effectively discussing data in your words and properly citing sources.

Identify and list the desired outcomes for your project. For each outcome: describe the operational definition, data source, how you will collect the data, and how you plan to analyze the data. Students should submit a paper of at least 5 pages long double-spaced excluding title page and reference page. No more than 10 pages should be submitted. 30% of the grade will be deducted for not meeting the page requirement. Paper must be organized according to the guidelines below and should include all the identified sections as required. Paper must be completed in APA format and contain a minimum of 5 new current scholarly sources dated from 2015 until current. This assignment should include a title page and reference page.
