Idea: Program that provides kids with extracurricular opportunities at a heavily discounted rate

We can see that the pandemic is deadly for many people, and many of those who die are elderly and frail, and for young people, strong people, people with high immunity, the virus is like a bad cold.
Our program is trying to provide a lot of poor kids with the opportunity to play sports, whether it’s football, baseball or basketball, etc. We need the equipment, we need the space, we need the money to provide this social service. We can partner with brands for the equipment, and the venues can be provided by the community or the school. For example, we can partner with Nike, and they can provide the equipment while using it as a business promotion program.
We now need a 4PS-based marketing plan to get brand partnerships and corporate or celebrity donations, and we want this to be a program that expands across the U.S. and is not just limited to one area.
Of course, we are almost a charity, but we need to maintain our website, staff salaries, etc. We also have office costs, we need to make some necessary profits, and we need you to help us design a profit model. For example, if a company has a business plan while providing a public service, we would need to charge an additional fee to run the event.
