This Project Summary focuses on identifying specific intra or interdepartmental issues with the project implementation process encountered during implementation which you are or will be proposing leadership-related a solution. These may include but are not limited to staff resistance, non-compliance with implementation processes, decreased or lack of support or interest from the preceptor, challenges from other professionals, etc. You will prepare a written summary and include the identified problem, identified policies or accreditation standard, if any, that will need to be considered, and address how this issue impacts the ability of the organization to provide ethical care. In addition, provide your thoughts related to why the organization might not have policies or accreditation standard if they are unavailable. All references must be included using correct APA formatting. Include all instructor feedback within your final project. Your paper should be 1 to 2 pages in length (not including the cover page or reference page). Use APA formatting for all citations and the reference list.

Specifically, the following critical elements must be addressed:

• Describe the issue and the conflict that it creates.

My project is carried out in a mental health out-patient clinic. I deal with mostly Nurse practitioners, social workers, psychiatrist, a nurse and some other office staff members. My project is staff education on the use depression screening using the PHQ-9 screening tool.
