Introduction
Basedon the symptoms presentedthe elderly lady seems to be suffering froma viral
disease. Thiscouldbe transmittedthrough the body to body contact throughsex since she has
been recently sexually active with hernewboyfriend. Also, the infection couldjustbe a viral
infection from a condition which does not entail any sexual activity. Various questions to the
patient are important to determine how she feels to be able to identify what kind of sickness she
might be suffering.
Questions to the Patient
The questions are based on helping find the diagnosis for the condition. The questions
gave primary focus on asking the client whether she has any blisters or sores around the vaginal
area or on the cervix or vulva. The client was expected to provide additional information
relating to aches which would include asking whether she experiences headaches and body
aches. The clienthadto give answers whether she experiencesissues like tiredness, vaginal
discharge, vaginal itch and feeling pain difficulty while urinating. The client also responded to
questions relating to whether she experiences chills or weaknesses on the muscle. I asked the
client whether she has had cases of wear her immune system was affected in cases of injury,
stress or any particularmedicationsthataffectedherimmunesystem. The lastquestion was
whether she had recently suffered from chickenpox. From these issues, the old lady said that she
didnothave any blisters orsores aroundthe cervix, vulva or the vagina. The woman claimed
that she experiences headaches and fatigue. She told me that she feels weak and sometimes she
feels that the rashes are itchy. Although she claims that she hasn’t had medicine that affected her
