Use the patient information below to create a concept map as the one in the files names student concept map example. Use the Tanner Model Example and the OB Concept map (parts that are bolded in red) to create a concept map. For the clinical judgements below, all should include their own clinical judgement models and each should have a tanner model to itself. Each clinical judgement should include the following questions…Why does it matter?, What could it mean?, where do I start, what can I do?, what will I do?, Did it help. Everything including definitions have to be cited in APA format. Clinical Judgment #1

Patient is anemic by looking at HGB levels (9.5). Risk of falls, fatigue, and dizziness. Pt needs to dangle feet before standing. Instruct client to take iron tabs and iron rich foods. Iron tabs will make patient constipated, so colace (laxative) should be taken with iron tabs.

Clinical judgment #2

Patient had bladder adhesions. Doctor had to dissect the bladder from the uterus. Significant risk for bladder injury if patient has another cesarean.
