debates with follow-ups on reasoning based on circumstance. Death is recognized and
understoodasa seriousoffense. Even after allcases hadbeen condemned, some individuals
argue the events of murder arbitrary froma moral viewpoint. Irresponsibility, injustice, however,
characterizes murderandthusno degree ofcircumstance shouldjustify its occurrence. Four
friends decide to take a trip to the caves which later turned haywire after being trapped and
lacking an exitzone. The resortto killing one oftheirown to survive isnotonly immoralbut
also violates the rule of law. This essay examines the irresponsible ordeals of the friends that led
to the sacrifice. Itwillanalyze the lack ofknowledge ofother survivalmethods. The essay will
finalizewith appropriate penalty charges for the three friendsas a punishment for murder.
The four best friends decided to take an adventure excursion to the mountains. The
journey to the mountain was altered on the route, and they decided to go cave exploring in the
mountain state recreation area. In the deep remote carven,the four menpreparedto camp, and
during that juncture, they heard a loud cracking sound. Without any check-ups and evaluation of
the sound, the peoplecontinuedwith the adventureuntilthe entryways were impassable. The
distortion ofthe cave blocks the exit channel which traps the four friends in the cave. Sitting with
utmostdesperation for aweek, oneofthefriends offersa suggestion ofsurvivalwhich was to
killone of their own to survive.
The decision to take on the suggestion was however not met by a collective embracement
from all friends. Paul felt uncomfortable with the ordeal and offered a response that he should
notbe partof it. Despite thisreaction, Greg, Peter, andJohn feltdecidedtogo on with the
proposed suggestion and ended Paul’s life for their selfish benefits. The four friends made poor
