Vaping and ecigarretes is an evolving public health issue.Possible vaping related illness have been reported with an alarming increase.Some patients have experienced respiratory failure,ending up in the ICU or on a ventilator.Nurses should therefore try to help patients by encouraging them to quit vaping,as this intervention could make a difference,They should educate the users about the risks of vaping.Some states have banned vaping,but some have no statewide vaping ban.Nurses being stakeholders in healthcare have the power to influence policy to ban vaping in all states
