Watch the Aging and Cognitive Changes video clip.  What cognitive challenges can be faced by adults as they age?  Conduct research to find a scholarly study (not from this week’s reading) that has shown how adults can either enhance their cognitive abilities or lessen their demise.  Explain this study, including the sample, methods and the findings, to the class in your discussion post.  Based on the media clip and your research findings, what advice would you give adults to maintain or improve cognitive function?
