-What do you think Operations Management encompasses at McDonalds?

-(Think about the 10 Decision Areas for operations managers, as discussed in the book.)

-Think about it from the perspective of the company itself (ie, the whole company) and from the view of a single restaurant. Are they the same? Different?

-You can do research in general on Operation Management, but don’t do any specific research on McDonalds.
