Nurses have the ethical and moral obligation to reach out and care for people who are vulnerable, marginalized, and/or alienated from health care. Some of these include individuals who are at the end-of-life; homeless; incarcerated; intellectually disabled; live in poverty; undocumented immigrants; elderly; veterans; and current military personnel. Your journal entry does not need to be in APA format. It should be 1-2 pages in length. It can be written in an informal style, but must cite references that are used.
