• 2. What was the importance/urgency of your last text from 1-10. 1 least urgent – 10 urgent.
• 3. How often to you think you check your phone? Is it the last thing and first thing you do when coming and leaving class?.Could you leave your cell phone at home to come to class – what emotion comes up when you think of leaving your phone at home?
• 4. What is the one thing you can do right now that might help curb your cell use.
