- Written Deliverable on Lessons Learned in Consulting Engagement – A 4 page (double space) individual reflection on how to approach consultative engagement moving forward, focusing on core insights and lessons tied to the following questions of how you might:
- Better (or differently) frame the problem?
- Better understand the client needs?
- Better shapethe client needs / understanding?
- Better craft the alternatives / hypotheses (and more quickly move to the right hypothesis)?
- Better create trust and credibility with the client?
- Better drive downstream client implementation?
