We have finally reached the end of our course, and I appreciate my instructor for the
wonderful lessons we had together. I was able to gain lots of valuable lessons that I can apply in
my life activities to solve some problems.
Second
For instance, during week 2, I learned about working capacity memory. Week 2 taught
me that my memory is not perfect, and many times it is subject to anxiety and stress. I can now
control my anxiety and overcome some of the stressful moments in my life. The second
significant lesson that I learned from the eight weeks classes is the idea of creativity. I am now
able to comprehend what creativity is like and how it can potentially be measured. The last
lesson I learned from the cognitive and learning class is the issue of decision making. I can apply
