PART A Theory (approximately 1500 words)

Use the literature on teacher feedback on writing and your own experiences as an English teacher to critically discuss teacher feedback on English learners’ writing. In this discussion, make sure that you demonstrate a clear awareness of what teacher feedback on writing involves and that it goes further than error correction.

PART B Teaching (approximately 1000 words)

You will be given a text written by an English language learner. Place yourself in the role of the teacher of this learner and provide the learner with feedback on his/her text. This feedback can include corrections, specific comments and/or general comments. Use the review function in Word to give your feedback.
