Who will be the one next individual handle the responsibilities of this nation? To deal with the economy, unemployment, education, energy and the environment, immigration, health care, the federal reserve, tax, foreign policy, civil rights, the general safety and prosperity of this country. This article ponders on the influence the next president appointment will have in regards to the Supreme Court appointees. The constant trepidation of such a divided nation contemplates how the next president can reshape the Supreme Court system. Will the future Supreme Court system majority be liberal or conservation? Should we be fretful? As citizens and the people of the United States, we must understand that the Supreme Court has a very vital role in regards to the constitutional system within our government. This court system classified as the highest government system. Holding the power of judicial discussions and evaluations, their role is essential in guaranteeing that the three branches of government recognize and distinguishes the limitation of each branch powers. This court system also is responsible for the assurance of the liberties and the civil rights of the people. Therefore they have the supremacies to abate, abolish, or vacate any law that violates the constitution. The Supreme Court has a valuable influence on public strategy and policies, which can often, be immensely debatable.
