How do you create and run effective integrated digital strategies? In this two-stage report, you will compare the digital activities of two organisations or brands and argue which one is most successful against your identified criteria. The organisations or brands should have a relationship between them e.g. same sector, same audience, same country of origin, etc.

You will audit the digital activities of both organisations/brands for your mid-term assessment using a range of tools and frameworks providing you with up to 3 pages of data which will help you to write your final report and develop your argument supported by relevant academic and grey literature. The mid-term comments on Turnitin will provide useful formative feedback. We will cover the concept of creating an audit and choosing relevant frameworks and tools to use in the first three classes. This is worth 50% of your mid-term assessment.
Carry out an analysis of membership organisation CMI’s digital activity using a set of theoretical models which will be provided to you. Make recommendations as to the improvement of their current digital activity. You are limited to 3 sides of A4
