Instructions
Conduct a force field analysis and prepare a chart on your own work (attached). Your report will include the tool, an explanation of what you did, how you collected the information, and how your team will use it to make improvements to the process. These exercises must be done with a team. A team need not be large, 2 or more people can be present, ideally you will want 6 to 8 members (whom you are working on this project with.) these team members are not real classmates they are people you assigned in your project. Please make sure you read on how to conduct a force field analysis and could use charts as well. It should be no more than 2 pages, double spaced.
